Flowers are a natural perishable product, and all arrangements are handmade. For this reason, natural variations in color, size, shape, and blooming stage are expected. We make every effort to ensure quality, accuracy, and beauty in every design.

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt and appropriate action.



LOCAL DELIVERIES

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

We deliver throughout most cities in Orange County, with extended delivery to Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County available upon request.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

Standard delivery window:
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and route planning.

Urgent deliveries or deliveries outside our standard zone may incur an additional fee.

If your delivery is time-sensitive (events, corporate orders, special occasions), please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Morning delivery may be available for special events with advance notice.



HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

During peak floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), delivery times may vary due to extremely high demand.

We strongly recommend placing orders 48 hours in advance.

Same-day and next-day holiday deliveries may be limited or unavailable.
Time-specific holiday requests may require an additional fee.



SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available depending on:
• Flower availability
• Courier schedule
• Time of order confirmation

Please contact us before placing a same-day order to confirm availability.



DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

After delivery, we provide:
• A confirmation message
• A photo of the delivered arrangement (when possible)

If the recipient is unreachable, the arrangement may be left at a safe location or re-delivery may be scheduled (extra fee).

Once the arrangement is left at the provided address, delivery is considered complete.



INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers must provide accurate:
• Address
• Phone number
• Gate codes
• Recipient name
• Apartment/suite number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:
• Failed delivery
• No refund
• Additional re-delivery fee



RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

If the recipient is not available:
• The order may be left at the door (weather permitting)
• Or re-delivery may be scheduled (additional fee)

Once left at the address, delivery is considered completed.



DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS

We deliver in accordance with hospital policies. Please include:
• Hospital name
• Hospital phone number
• Recipient name
• Room or department

Some departments (especially ICU) do not allow flowers.
Please check with the hospital before placing your order.



FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS

Funeral and sympathy arrangements require additional lead time.
If delivery must occur at a specific time, please notify us several days in advance.

Sunday delivery may not always be available.



SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Due to seasonality and regional availability, substitutions may be necessary.
We guarantee:
• Equal or greater value
• Preservation of style, color palette, and overall design

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Because floral products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final.

We do not offer:
• Refunds

Quality Issues

If an arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed, contact us within 2 hours with clear photos.
If approved, you will receive:
• A complimentary replacement, or
• Store credit

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if:
• Flowers have not been purchased
• Preparation has not started

Once work begins, the order becomes non-refundable.

Event & Holiday Orders

Event, wedding, corporate, and holiday orders require full prepayment and are non-refundable.
