Refund policy

Because floral products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final.

We do not offer:
 • Refunds
 • Returns
 • Exchanges

unless there is a quality issue.

Quality Issues

If an arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed, contact us within 2 hours with clear photos.
If approved, you will receive:
 • A complimentary replacement, or
 • Store credit

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if:
 • Flowers have not been purchased
 • Preparation has not started

Once work begins, the order becomes non-refundable.

Event & Holiday Orders

Event, wedding, corporate, and holiday orders require full prepayment and are non-refundable.
