DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
After delivery, we provide:
• A confirmation message
• A photo of the delivered arrangement (when possible)
If the recipient is unreachable, the arrangement may be left at a safe location or re-delivery may be scheduled (extra fee).
Once the arrangement is left at the provided address, delivery is considered complete.

• Preparation has not started
Once work begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
Event & Holiday Orders
Event, wedding, corporate, and holiday orders require full prepayment and are non-refundable.
